Dawn Martinello from Monday Morning VA

In this second episode of the Creative Solopreneur Podcast, I’m chatting with Dawn Martinello from Monday Morning VA. {If you’re not familiar with the term ‘VA,’ it’s short for Virtual Assistant.} Dawn is also a product launch specialist who’s mad about helping solopreneurs create multiple income streams with profitable information products.

Our conversation is full of brilliant learnings for new and aspiring creative solopreneurs who dream of having a thriving online business, as well for more experienced creative solopreneurs who are wondering when’s the right time to hire a VA, or how to start up multiple income streams.

Here are two of the fabulous people and things mentioned in our conversation:

Listen in as Dawn shares how she makes her business happen and plenty of tips for how you can make yours happen, too.

P.S. The Creative Solopreneur Podcast will soon be syndicated to iTunes and RSS so that you can subscribe if you like!

Thanks so much for having me as a guest on your podcast! It was so much fun. I’m always worried that I won’t have enough to say to soak up an hour of interest from listeners, but I probably could have went on for another few hours.

love, love

Hey, Josh —

So glad you enjoyed my first interview w/ Catherine. I KNOW you will love this one with Dawn — there’s tons of great learning packed in there. :)

Dawn —

We did have so much fun, didn’t we? I can’t wait to hear the feedback from my blog readers, especially those still in the beginner-y phases of creative solopreneurship. You rock!

Ooh, just made everyone’s Avatar bigger {so we can see the lovelies with whom we’re tete-a-tete-ing} and added a groovy spilled ink avatar for those with no Gravatar. Yum!

Nice! And I like that spilled ink avatar. Now I’m thinking my own comments could use some spiffing up, lol!

I feel kind of bad actually – I haven’t listened to your interview clear through yet. But it’s sitting on my desktop (It’s actually the only thing on my desktop) and I am going to listen to it tomorrow when I have a bit of time to just sit and concentrate on the message you bring with it. Yeah, it’s that important.

I congratulate you on doing your first interview and am looking forward to hearing more.

Take care! :)

Hey, no prob, Eric. Would love to hear what you think once you get a chance to listen. As I’ve said, I’m kind of addicted to podcasting already and I’m only two episodes in! :)

It’s good to be addicted to the good over the bad, and you’ve got that down to a tee with podcasting as what it will do for your blog and business. :)

Abby,

Your interview with Dawn was excellent. I really enjoyed listening to you and again congratulate you on your success with starting these podcasts.

I learned quite a bit too and this Friday wrote an entire blog post just about this interview you did.

Check it out and let me know what you think. :)

I’m more than happy to help people who are so creative and full of making a difference in some way for the lives of others.
