‘Brand voice’ is one of those amorphous concepts that everybody loves to talk about, but it can be really darn hard to get your mind around. What exactly IS it?

Your brand voice isn’t just how you sound: we believe it’s an entire suite of signals that gets translated through your brand identity — visually, in terms of site copy, and everywhere you go where you’re representing your business or your message.

But brand voice can sometimes feel a little clunky. We get that. Especially when thinking about your own brand voice.
